Campus Housing
Alcala Vista Apartments
The Vistas complex includes Borrego, Cuyamaca, Laguna, and Palomar halls and is comprised of 192 apartment units. The majority of these units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Each of these two-bedroom/two-bathroom units accommodates four residents in fully furnished apartments.
All buildings are three-stories and are clustered around courtyards and feature Spanish Renaissance architecture. The Alcalá Vistas gathering space, multipurpose room, quiet study, conference room, and reception desk are located on the first floor of Palomar hall for all to enjoy. Laundry facilities are onsite at every residence hall and available for guests to use during designated hours.
Camino / Founders Halls (Photos)
The Camino and Founders complex features two connected buildings on the west end of campus. Residence halls have been completely remodeled (2021). Lounges feature cooking and living areas and are air conditioned.
The rooms accommodate two to four residents. Residents share communal bathrooms. Residences exist on the second floor, while classrooms occupy the first floor, of these two-story buildings.
Maher Hall
Located at the center of campus and adjacent to the beautiful Plaza de San Diego, Maher Hall provides student housing on the top three stories of the building.
All Maher rooms have private baths and accommodate two, three or four residents.
San Buenaventura
San Buenaventura houses 72 apartments comprised of four single bedrooms or two double bedrooms.
All apartment units include fully furnished living and dining areas and kitchens. San Buenaventura offers comfortable study spaces, a classroom with SmartBoard technology, a reflection room complete with a baby grand piano, and an outdoor living room with a gas lit fire pit.
San Buenaventura is adjacent to the Bosley Café and Fitness Center.
The Valley A Complex offers suite-style living, in which each floor consists of a semi-private shower and bathroom, with furnished lounges.
Each suite houses eight residents living in either single or double bedrooms. Each suite has its own common room and two bathrooms to be shared.
The Valley B Complex consists of four three-story buildings (San Luis, San Juan, San Miguel and San Rafael) that offer single and double occupancy bedrooms.
Each floor provides residents with two communal bathroom areas and two lounges.
