Participants may use their meal card (Dining Dollars) to enjoy meals, snacks and breaks at a variety of unique retail and restaurant locations. The eateries listed below are typically open during the summer.

Pavilion Dining encompasses numerous
eateries similar to a food court. Cuisine ranges from Mediterranean to Asian, salad and soup bars, a full breakfast and grill menu.

Tu Mercado is a one-stop shopping destination -full-scale grocery store, deli, espresso/tea bar and Torero spirit/gift shop.

La Gran Terraza is a contemporary restaurant and lounge featuring California cuisine with a Mediterranean flair.  O'Toole's lounge is 21+ in the evenings.
